Our Cabin in the Woods (Dolls House Quiet Book by Rebecca Page)

I got the really exciting news about a month ago that I’d been accepted as a Rebecca Page Brand Ambassador. This means that I am compensated with fun, free patterns, and then I get to sew them up and share them with you. Fun, right? I knew that Rebecca Page (formerly Mummykins and Me) was known for well-drafted clothing patterns, but with the name change, she’s moving into different areas. Pattern sizes now range from dolls to newborn to child to tween to teen to adult to plus sized (18″ doll to 5xl). Plus, maybe even more exciting, more crafty-style patterns will begin to find their way into the lineup (such as this Elf and Fairy Crown and Wand). A New Take on a Onesie from Peekaboo Pattern Shop!

Can you really have too many bodysuits for your babies?
That’s a trick question because the answer is no. No you can’t!
Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop is expanding their Lullaby Line with the Cardigan Bodysuit.

This bodysuit (or onesie, if you prefer) has the look of a classic cardigan with the diaper-changing ease of a snap placket at the crotch. The pattern fits sizes newborn through 4t, and the newborn size will fit most 18″ dolls. There is an option for a faux undershirt, and a short sleeve or long sleeve with cuffs.

Genie choose to make her little man’s with comfy cotton lycra from the Peek-a-boo Pattern Shop. The stripe is from the Knit Basics collection (Yarn Dyed 3/8″ Gray & White Stripe, and it was a lovely fabric. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a bargain line of fabric, but this is a nice weight, soft, and has great recovery. The blue can be found here. Continue Reading
