Hello Sew and Tell Project Fans!
I am SEW excited about this post! Sew and Tell Project is rapidly approaching it’s anniversary! Since we relaunched our site last year, we have shared over a hundred fun projects with you via Facebook, Instagram, and, of course, here on the blog.
To celebrate, we have teamed up with a few AMAZING sponsors to share some of the things we love with ONE lucky reader! Enter the giveaway in the Rafflecopter at the end of the post between 3/1/2017 and 3/8/2017 for a chance to win the following prizes! Contest is open to international contestants. Winner is responsible for any shipping fees outside of United States. Please note when entering that the Tyme hair iron may not meet the voltage requirements for your country if outside of the U.S.
Have you put off learning to work with knits? Do you struggle with wavy hems and uneven neckbands? Whether or not you are experienced with knits or a brand new beginner, we hope we share some tips and tricks with you today that help you get the finish you want on your knit projects.
Eleri and Genie from the Sew and Tell Project are sharing projects made from two excellent knit patterns made with Girl Charlee BOLT for this tutorial. Both PDF patterns are available for instant download on the Girl Charlee website.
Just because I’m sometimes quiet on the blog doesn’t mean I’ve stopped creating! During all of my holiday sewing this year, I had time to make a new favorite shirt! This is the Love Notions Willow Wrap top. The Willow Wrap top includes a straight and asymmetrical hem options. The top has an optional modesty panel and is very nursing friendly. And, as a bonus, I used one of Art Gallery Fabrics newest lines to create this look for their lookbook!
